Friday, December 19th, 2008Just wanted to let everyone know that traffic is still increasing to Rhino Articles. We are working hard everyday to drive traffic to this directory and ultimately, your articles.
We have decided against any type of paid membership option at this point. Due to the new guidelines and TOS, we have much more time now to focus on better articles and social bookmarking those articles for you, the members. Please come back and bookmark some articles your self sometimes.
I want to wish everyone Happy Holidays and thank you for your continued membership and use of Rhino Articles.
Free Offer Still Stands and Changes to Submission Guidelines

First I would like to say we are a little disappointed no one has taken us up on the free offer from last update. Yes, not a single soul. If you haven’t taken the time to look then do so. It is no BS sales pitch, no strings attached.

We usually don’t send out updates this close together; however I wanted to get some input from members on something we are working on. Before I do tell you what we need input on, I would like to let everyone know that we have increased the minimum word count for the article body to 600 words. Again, if an article does not meet this requirement, it will be deleted without notification. We are sorry, but this is an automated feature and the scripting we have does not allow for notification. That said, we do offer a word counter in the members area so you can ensure your article meets requirements.
Rhino Changes and more..
Saturday, October 25th, 2008Thank you for another great time at Rhino articles.
As most of you know we have changed the criteria of subject matter we will accept at Rhino Articles. Please see the submission guidelines for more details.
I want to thank all our members who have submitted some very useful articles over the last couple of weeks.
We are still working on deleting old articles from the directory that no longer fit with our current direction, and there are several of them , so this will take some time.
Here are a few things to look for in the future:

Sunday, October 12th, 2008…and we have a new direction here at Rhino Articles.
First I would like to thank Don Dewsnap and Jodi Reichenberger who helped nudge us in the right direction with this and another endeavor.
In fact Rhino Articles’ theme came from a certain mentality we have and I personally feel that the new “unifying theme,” as Don refers to it, fits right in with the Rhino “Damn the Torpedoes” spirit.
So what is this unifying theme? People are the unifying theme. Articles that have to do with the issues and concerns that people have in their daily life.
